Also includes federal spending on education at the state and school district level. - Federal Spending in the States (Pew Charitable Trust)Attempting to avoid some of the data inconsistencies in USASpending.gov, this initiative draws from both USASpending and the BEA's, State Personal Income and Employment Report, to provide state-level data reflecting the dollar value of federal spending relative to the size of each state’s GDP.
