Known FOLIO Issues

  • Renewal Problems: There is a known issue where a patron will attempt to renew their items and they will get an error message. Usually, their items will be renewed--there is just a slight delay. Tell the patron to check their items again in a minute or two. (Or check their account in FOLIO)

 

  • No e-mail notification: Ask the patron to check "My Account" from the library main page. If the item has been checked out to them, then it is almost certainly in the pick-up location.  Sometimes notifications go to spam or they aren't sent out. If you want to confirm, you can check the "Circulation Log" in FOLIO or contact the relevant circulation department.
