PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles. It is strong in religion, the history of art, and literature, with particular emphasis on current trends in European and world literature. Updated monthly, FRANCIS covers 1984 to the present, with more than 872,000 records. To search for Spanish language sources, click on Advanced Search and change All fields in the dropdown menu to "Language" and enter Spanish.
