On August 25th, 2022, The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy released a new memo, “Ensuring Free, Immediate, and Equitable Access to Federally Funded Research.” This policy guidance will impact all researchers who recieved federal funding for any kind of research publication.
Cornell University Library is working with partners across campus to coordinate response and support for our researchers. Please check back for additional information.
