IACUC searching for alternatives: Searching for Information

When a researcher submits a protocol with pain category D or E, an alternatives search must be included in the protocol. This is mandated by federal law.  To learn more, read the USDA National Agricultural Library’s guide to searching the literature for animal use alternatives.
