- ARTstorSearchable database of digital images and associated catalog data. Covers the fields of architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, and design, as well as many other forms of visual culture.
- Artefacts CanadaBoasts 2.5 million object records and images, based on the collections by contributing museums and galleries. Items digitized cover the first millennium BC to the 20th century, and come from all corners except Latin America. Searches can be limited to find only images. Records indicate the artists' name, year of production, medium and institution where item is housed.
- Art Images for College TeachingNon-profit project by art historian and visual resources curator, Allan T. Kohl. Covers different areas of the world and time periods: ancient Anatolia, Near East, Greece, Medieval era, Renaissance/Baroque, Colonial period, and selectively from Africa, India, Indonesia, China, and Native North America.
