CUL Career Development & Mentoring Resources: The Mentoring Program

The Cornell University Mentoring Program pairs experienced and knowledgeable mentors with colleagues seeking to discuss job issues, growth opportunities, career advice and work/life navigation in the context of a supportive relationship.  Pairing is based on roles, interest, and personality.

This program is a "must do" for any employee interested in a customized approach to professional growth and career development. 

It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in CUL.

I would recommend this program to anyone interested in a fresh perspective on their work, their career goals, or the library as a whole.

It may seem difficult to fit yet another thing into one's day, but the mentorship program is worth it.
