Includes information on related research programs such as the National Center on Immigrant Integration Policy, authoritative data from numerous global organizations and governments, and global analysis of international migration and refugee trends. Their publication, The Migration Information Source, offers useful tools, vital data, and essential facts on migration.
- National Conference of State LegislaturesA bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation's 50 states, its commonwealths and territories. NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas on the most pressing state issues, including immigration.
- National Immigration ForumEstablished in 1982. A leading immigrant advocacy organization in the country with a mission to advocate for the value of immigrants and immigration to the nation. Provides information on legislative and policy updates, community resources and research reports and papers.
- Pew Research Center: ImmigrationA nonpartisan “fact tank” that provides information on issues, attitudes and trends shaping America and the world. Periodically fields major surveys on the news media, social issues and international affairs. Immigration is a major “topic” focus, featuring selected Pew Research Center reports (since 2005) on trends and analysis of their impact. Individual project websites contain more reports related to immigration, e.g. the Pew Hispanic Center for public opinion, economic, and other social science research related to Latino immigrants.
- Social Science Research NetworkSocial Science Research Network (SSRN) is composed of a number of specialized research networks in the social sciences. Topics covered by networks include accounting, economics, financial economics, legal scholarship, and management (including negotiation and marketing). These networks encourage the rapid distribution of research by publishing submitted abstracts and soliciting abstracts of top quality research papers around the world.
