The Cornell University Library provides a variety of GIS support services for Cornell students, staff, and faculty.  We can help you find and use data, troubleshoot GIS software, plan a geospatial analysis, or refer you to other GIS experts on campus.

Mann Library

Olin Library

The Digital CoLab (Olin Library 107) is a spot for study, collaboration, and conversation.  The CoLab is available for consultations on digital scholarship topics such as text analysis, GIS and mapping, data visualization, digital publishing and exhibits, databases, and more.

Come by to ask questions about:

  • Making digital maps
  • Programming with R
  • Working with databases and SQL
  • Getting started with text analysis
  • Creating digital exhibits & digital publications
  • Anything else related to digital research or pedagogy that you can dream up
