Cider Industry Guide: Web Resources

This comprehensive collection highlights the historical importance of apple (Malus xdomestic and other Malus species) and cider production around the world. Many texts contain color illustrations of rare, historic, and heirloom apple cultivars.

This site is published by the Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Hard Cider Program Work Team and is intended to foster and support discussion around hard cider research and production.

Information on the background and focus of Finger Lakes cideries, as well as other farm based enterprises such as craft breweries and distilleries.
