- Song of the Vine - Online ExhibitThis digital exhibit contains some great images from our holdings in the Rare and Manuscript Collections.

- Library of CongressThe Library of Congress has a great collection of historical & contemporary photos. Try entering a keyword search, like "vineyard."
- Cal Poly PomonaCheck out the historical photographs related to wine and the wine industry at Cal Poly Pomona Special Collections.

Image Databases
- ARTstor images on JSTORSearchable database of digital images and associated catalog data. Covers the fields of architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, and design, as well as many other forms of visual culture. The Artstor website was retired on August 1, 2024. Artstor's content, key resources, and functionality were migrated to JSTOR.
- AP ImagesContains Associated Press photographs from their 50 million image print and negative library, as well as charts, graphs, tables, and maps from the AP's graphics portfolio.
On the Web
- Wikimedia CommonsA collection of 41,000,000+ freely usable media files to which anyone can contribute.
- FlickrEnter a keyword search and then filter by Creative Commons license. For more information on Creative Commons licenses, see: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/
- Google ImagesTry filtering your results by license type. Go to Tools > Usage Rights > Labeled for reuse.
