arXiv
Almost every physicist wants to get their results disseminated as quickly as possible. Some even seek comments on draft versions of their manuscript ! The ideal platform for all of this is the preprint server arXiv, which is freely accessible to all.
To search preprints in the field of physics, go here: https://arxiv.org/archive/physics and here: https://arxiv.org/
Given the staggering number of daily submissions, it is not doable to stay on top of all the physics research that is produced. This is why subfields have been defined:
- COND-MAT: Condensed Matter
- HEP-EX: High-energy physics - Experiment
- HEP-LAT: High-energy physics - Lattice
- More subfields are listed here
To receive a daily mailing of newly submitted articles in a field of physics, please follow the instructions posted here: https://arxiv.org/help/subscribe.
Once you have your first paper ready for submission you may register as an author.
