The LAEDA project seeks to collect, preserve, and provide access to data sets relevant to Latin American research, policy analysis, and teaching. The focus of the collection is on electoral data, household surveys, and data relevant to public policy evaluation.

Site containing a series of studies organized by Julio Jacobo Waiselfisz with the backing of the Centro Brasileiro de Estados Latino-Americanos (CEBELA), the Faculdade Latino-Americana de Ciências Sociais (FLACSO) and the Secretaria de Políticas de Promoção da Igualdade Racial da Presidência da República (SEPPIR). Each year's publication, available in PDF on this website, presents a careful statistical analysis of a different aspect of violence in Brazil. Additionally, supplemental materials document violence against women and traffic accidents.

Annual rankings include all higher education institutions of Ibero-American countries.
