ILROB 2220: Controversies About Inequality: Tools and Research

The Code of Academic Integrity defines Cornell University's official guidelines concerning honesty in academic pursuits. One example of violating this code is stated as "knowingly representing the work of others as one's own." It is important to cite the work of others if you use or refer to it in your work.  The American Psychological Association (APA) is the usual citation format for organizational behavior.  The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association and the APA Style Guide to Electronic References are available in the ILR Reference collection at BF76.7 .P83 2010and BF76.7 .A511 2007 respectively.  The Cornell University Library provides a brief handout with examples of the APA style.
