"Sometimes if a CUPrint job is stalling on a Mac, I use the spotlight search (cmd + space) and search “papercut”- a folder called something like “papercut deploy client” should show up. In that folder is a script called restart.command, if i remember correctly.

Double click the script icon to run, and the user is prompted for their computer password. They type it in and hit enter (it may look like it’s not being typed but it is). Then retry to print and it usually works."

Web Print / double-sided printing:

Web Print duplex printing to CU Print MFPs is possible. The Web Print online interface has no configuration options, but on MFP control panel screens, when releasing a print job, there are options for grayscale and duplex printing (bottom of screen in photo).

Web Print duplex jobs can only be released to CU Print MFPs On regular CU Print (i.e. B&W) printer control panels, there is no duplex option, so jobs will only print single-sided.
