Overview
The library homepage includes a search for Articles & FullText. This is a very broad (sometimes, way too broad) search across a wide variety of disciplines and formats.
Researchers will generally have a better experience searching a general periodical index like Academic Search Premier or Proquest Research Library, or by searching a subject database (a database that covers a specific academic field or discipline, for example "history," or "political science").
See below for some recommendations.
If you need a recommendation for another kind of paper topic, Ask a Librarian! We're happy to help!
Getting the full text of the article
In most cases, the article pdf, or html, will be provided with the entry.
When it's not, follow the "Get it! Cornell" link to find the full text.
If you get a message that the resource is not found, Ask a Librarian. In many cases, we have it, but the link didn't connect, or we only have it in print. In either case, you can request a scan of the article.
