The magazine has articles on historical, legal and biographical topics. Two English editions exist for 3rd and 4th quarter of 2013; otherwise magazines are in Khmer, with many photos. Included are occasional "looking for family members'" pleas.

One of the first Western periodicals to report on the Cambodian Genocide. Many in the West ignored or did not believe the scope of the horrors of the Khmer Rouge.
