SciENcv (Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae) is a tool available through My NCBI that allows researchers to create and manage biosketches and other support documents required for federal grant applications. It is compatible with formats required by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES).
Users can input and organize information such as education, employment history, research activities, publications, honors, and grant support. SciENcv supports the creation of multiple profiles and allows users to generate documents in agency-specific formats, including the NIH and NSF biographical sketches and the NSF Current and Pending (Other) Support document.
SciENcv can integrate with external systems such as ORCID and NCBI’s My Bibliography to import publication data and other professional information, reducing the need for manual data entry.
