An excellent place to start for an overview of the county, including demographic information, is on the U.S. Census page for the City of Ithaca.
For those interested in planning meetings, the City of Ithaca Planning Board meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6pm. This meeting takes place at the Common Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 108 E. Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. Dates and times may change, so make sure to check the meeting calendar.
