Deep Routes

Deep Routes is a BIPOC-owned-and-operated community organization that produces agriculture and culinary publications in an effort to "uplift Black and Indigenous foodways, designed for Back and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) educators and learners." While much of the material is curriculum based, many of the books can be used as general reference guides for a non-Westernized perspective on the history of food, labor, and agriculture.
