Cornell University's Mann Library has produced an extensive research guide on local and regional food systems. The guide includes both Cornell Library resources as well as Internet resources devoted to initiatives and resources related to local and regional food systems (AKA "foodsheds"). The research guide includes research on issues related to nutrition & health, food safety, food security, economics, environmental preservation, civic vitality, energy, and agriculture are associated with the structure and function of food systems.
