The Fiske Icelandic Collection in Olin Library
The Fiske Icelandic Collection, an outstanding bequest from Daniel Willard Fiske, Cornell’s first university librarian, has always included holdings in contemporary as well as antiquarian books. Acquisitions in modern Icelandic literature, the culture and society of modern Iceland and the criticism of Old Norse-Icelandic sagas are active and ongoing.
