CSS Resources
There are many freely available resources on the web to assist you in identifying CSS-amenable elements, properties, and values. Some sites are forums where web designers pose questions or problems and solicit answers and solutions. You can test a solution by copying and pasting code from these sites into a libguide. In most cases nothing will bad will happen as long as the code in enclosed in <style>...</style> tags.
Introductions and Tutorials

- CSS Reference (w3Schools)A very useful guide to the many properties and property values that can be used with CSS.
- CSS BasicsAnother intro to CSS.
- CSS Beginners (CSSDog)Nice resource for learning the basics.
- lynda.com CSS TutorialsA series of video tutorials on a wide variety of CSS functions, basic to advanced.
- Mulders Stylesheets TutorialNo connection to the X-Files, and it's been around for years, but still a friendly and fun way to learn basic CSS.
Advanced CSS
- LG2 Advanced CSS Training SessionA Springshare webinar on using CSS with LG2. You'll need to log in with your LG username and password. A caveat: as the title suggests, it presumes quite a bit of prior CSS experience and may be more confusing than helpful for some authors. The Bootstrap Grid section beginning at 16:00 might be useful if you need to adjust column widths for display on differently sized devices.

- Ultimate CSS Gradient GeneratorAn easy way to copy and paste code for just about any color gradient you can image, but be forewarned -- gradient code is often very lengthy!
- CSS Tutorials - TutorializedHere's where you find the esoteric stuff: animations, neon glows, etc. It may not all work with LG2, but might be fun to experiment with.
