Culture Shock
Everyone encountering a new environment will experience culture shock. Not speaking the same language, learning new customs and finding the grocery store are all stressors that we face when moving to another country. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the cycle of culture shock and some means by which to fight the symptoms by looking through the resources below.

Because several people contribute to each Guide, and the differences in research material available for specific countries, the Guides contain various levels of detail and emphasis.
