Olin Library houses the majority of materials in anthropology and its related disciplines, including history, archaeology, American Indian Studies, government, linguistics, sociology, film, costume, folklore, women’s studies, and theatre, among others.
Area collections such as Latin American Studies, housed in the Olin stacks, and the Kroch Asia Library are major repositories of great importance to the pursuit of anthropological research.
The Map and Geospatial Information Collection in the Lower Level of Olin Library is another source of relevant material. Mann Library (physical and biological anthropology, primate studies, rural sociology), Music, Fine Arts, Africana, Law, and others will also provide further resources.
For more collection information see the Anthropology link under Social Sciences on the Collection Development Policy Statement site.
