Welcome to Cornell University Library

This session examines how American academic libraries work, and provides an overview of Cornell University Library services, policies, resources, and collections.

Cornell University Library (CUL) is one of the 10 largest academic research libraries in the United States. Cornell's libraries house a collection of nearly 8 million volumes in print, over 360,000 e-books and about 88,000 print and electronic journals and other serials. In addition, the library provides access to millions more materials through Borrow Direct and Interlibrary Loan.

There are many libraries in the Cornell University Library system. Find out what library is right for your subject of study.
